Our house has a nearly flat roof over our garage, and pitched roof over the house. The roof had several leaks and we needed a new re-roof.
We had several quotes, and by far Ford Roofing was the most responsive and at a very competitive price. We even had him price some alternates from competitors and he gave us very honest feedback of what he could and couldn’t install.
TJ was in constant communication with us, and made living through the work a breeze. His demo crew cleaned up and ensured our yard and garage were free of debris. Their roofing crew was very fast and professional, start to finish for a 1,200 sqft house was 4 days, which also included a lot of new wood installation due to leaks/etc.
Overall cannot recommend Ford Roofing enough for their price, responsiveness, and professionalism. You won’t go wrong!

My husband and I have known that we've needed a new roof for a few years. I did my research on roofing companies in San Diego and I found Ford Roofing. First of all, the estimate they gave me was a bit lower than others. But what really sold me was how nice, responsive, and knowledgeable TJ was. He also works with a great demo company that did a great job cleaning up after they tore off the old roofing. His estimate was very accurate, and the roof looks great. Plus, they have a ten-year warranty in case any issue arises. These guys are definitely worth reaching out to if you're in the market for a roof replacement or repair!

Not about the company but more so the labour's common sense and courtesy towards tenants. During roof replacement we had a vent temporary removed directly over the kitchen area. No measure were taken to cover the 10" hole during the entire process. Nails, tar, dust, roofing pieces raining down the kitchen. As the saying goes, looks good from my house! Be prepared to do your own sealing of exposed holes and temporary missing covers because no measures were taken by workers to ensure the cleanliness or safety of occupied units. Manager was helpful to an extent by offering cleaning inside, but I don't want strangers in my home for something that could have been easily prevented and should be common sense.

TJ is great to deal with, very responsive, not pushy, and you can tell he really cares about his clients. I had several roofing companies come out, and Ford wasn't the cheapest, but they were the most professional and best quality! I would highly recommend!
